Ballidon and Bradbourne Parish Council operate under the financial regulations below, which were last updated in February 2026. These were adopted at a Parish Council meeting on 2nd March 2026.
Parish Council Precept
The Parish Council has set a precept of £3040 for the 2026-27 Financial Year. You can read the supporting notes here:
Parish Council Audit 2025/26
The Parish Council passed internal audit for the 2025/26 financial year on 5th May 2026. Our standing orders and financial regulations, accounts and reconciliations, payment, income, asset and budget controls, risk management, data protection, staff management, payroll and year end procedures and our annual returns were all compliant with legal obligations. Our records and policies are well maintained, up to date and consistent with minutes and accounts. The Parish Council are now also registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) to ensure compliance with Data Protection Laws.
